Megan Hogg is an Advanced Practice Nurse working in Long Term Follow Up (LTFU) following allogeneic blood and marrow transplant (AlloBMT) at Westmead Hospital, Sydney, NSW, who developed and continues to coordinate the first multidisciplinary LTFU and Late Effects Clinic (LEC) established for adult AlloBMT in NSW. She is the Co-Chair of the LTFU BMT Working Group at ACI, NSW and a Board Director of ANZTCT. Her interests include survivorship and late effects of transplantation and facilitating transplant recipients’ overall health and well-being. She was a key contributor to the Clinical Guidelines for LTFU produced by the ACI Blood and Marrow Transplant Network and has co-authored numerous journal publications on long-term and late effects of AlloBMT.
