Elissa Northridge is the Quality Manager for Blood Transplant & Cell Therapies at Westmead Hospital. With a background in nursing, clinical trials and a Masters in Biochemistry, she brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Elissa is recognized for her leadership as Chair of the Quality Special Interest Group (SIG), where she is spearheading initiatives to enhance quality across ANZTCT centres.
